Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services of web13.bozztv.com (the "Service"). By registering an account, creating a channel, embedding a player or watching a stream, you accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

web13.bozztv.com provides, free of charge: a public watch page and an embeddable player for an HLS stream that the Publisher operates elsewhere; a signaling service that lets the browsers of viewers of the same channel exchange video data over WebRTC; statistics; and a directory of live channels. web13.bozztv.com does not host, store, record, transcode or transmit video from its own servers. Everything a viewer sees comes from the Publisher's origin or from other viewers' browsers.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One channel per account. User names are permanent and become part of a public address; do not use names of other persons, brands or trademarks you do not own.
• We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at any time, in particular for violations of the AUP.

3. Publisher obligations and licence

By entering a stream address you declare that you own or have licensed all rights necessary to distribute the content worldwide over the internet, including through peer-to-peer distribution among viewers, and that the content complies with the AUP. You grant web13.bozztv.com the non-exclusive right to list your channel (title, description, thumbnail, user name) on the site and in the directory, and to let viewers' browsers fetch and redistribute your stream among themselves for the purpose of playback.

You are responsible for your origin: its availability, its bandwidth, its CORS configuration and its costs.

4. Viewers

Viewers may watch streams for personal, non-commercial use. The player uses the viewer's device and internet connection to receive video from other viewers and to send video to other viewers; data usage in both directions may be metered by your internet provider. Viewers must not record, redistribute or scrape streams unless the Publisher allows it.

5. Free service, no warranty

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of statistics, or the number of viewers that will actually receive the stream from peers rather than from the origin. We may change, limit or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. Limits (viewers per channel, message rates, sizes) may be enforced without notice.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, web13.bozztv.com, its operators, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage resulting from the content of streams (which is provided by Publishers), from the unavailability of the Service, from the actions of viewers, or from third-party services (browsers, CDNs, STUN/TURN providers). Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, which is zero.

You indemnify web13.bozztv.com against all claims by third parties arising from your content or your use of the Service, including reasonable legal costs.

7. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property and expect the same from Publishers. We respond to notices of claimed infringement submitted through /report or to the address on the contact page and block infringing streams promptly. Repeat infringers are terminated. Publishers may submit counter-notices through the same channels.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In short: account data (user name, e-mail, hashed password, IP addresses), channel settings, anonymous player statistics, and abuse reports. We disclose Publisher registration data and IP addresses to authorities and rights holders when legally required.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account through the contact page. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms or the AUP, or for legal reasons, and we may delete inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms; the current version is published at this address with the date of the last change. Material changes are announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, unless mandatory law of your country of residence applies. Courts of Atlanta, Georgia have jurisdiction for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
