Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who creates a channel on web13.bozztv.com (a "Publisher") and to everyone who watches ("Viewer"). It is part of the Terms of Use. By using the service you agree to it.
1. Your content, your responsibility
web13.bozztv.com does not produce, host, store or transcode video. A channel is a link to a stream that you operate on your own server or streaming provider. You are solely responsible for the content of that stream, for having all rights and licences needed to distribute it worldwide, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and to your audience.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use web13.bozztv.com to distribute, link to or promote:
- Copyrighted material without authorisation: television channels, sports events, pay-TV, films, series, concerts, music or any other content you do not own or hold a licence for. "Retransmission" of any TV channel without a written licence is copyright infringement. This includes IPTV lists and re-streams of other people's streams.
- Illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material (reported to the authorities immediately), content that incites violence or hatred against persons or groups, terrorist content, or content that violates the privacy or personality rights of others.
- Unflagged adult content: pornography and sexually explicit material may only be streamed on channels marked 18+ in the channel settings, and only where it is legal for both the Publisher and the Viewers. Content involving minors is prohibited in every form.
- Malware, phishing and fraud: streams, titles, descriptions or thumbnails that deceive users, promote scams, spread malicious software or impersonate other persons, brands or services.
- Harassment: content whose purpose is to bully, threaten, stalk or humiliate an individual.
- Spam: channels created only to place links or advertisements, mass registration of accounts, or abusive automated access to the service.
3. Prohibited use of the service
- Attempting to bypass blocks, rate limits, disabled accounts or the 18+ flag, including by creating new accounts.
- Interfering with the service or with other users: flooding the signaling server, injecting corrupted data into the P2P network, scraping user data, probing for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Using the P2P player to distribute anything other than the HLS stream of your channel.
- Circumventing technical measures of third-party streaming services, including the use of per-session URLs that you are not entitled to share.
4. Enforcement
We do not monitor channels continuously, but we act on reports from rights holders, users and authorities and on our own observations. Depending on the case we may, without prior notice:
- block the stream address (viewers are disconnected immediately and the channel page shows a notice),
- disable or delete the account,
- block IP addresses or address ranges,
- remove channel texts, titles or thumbnails,
- report the matter to the competent authorities and pass on the Publisher's registration data and IP addresses.
Blocked publishers are not entitled to a new account. Decisions may be appealed once through the contact page.
5. Reporting abuse and copyright infringement (DMCA)
Anyone can report a channel at /report. Rights holders and their agents should include: the name of the channel, a description of the copyrighted work, evidence of ownership or authorisation, contact details, and a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorised. Reports with sufficient detail are handled within one business day; clearly infringing streams are blocked immediately. Counter-notices may be sent through the same form.
6. Viewers
Viewers are asked to respect the 18+ notices and the laws of their country. The player connects your browser to other viewers of the same channel over WebRTC; if you do not want that, do not use the service.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. The current version is always published at this address. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
